Did you know about these Member Benefits?
Are you taking full advantage of your Kansas City Credit Union member benefits? Let’s take a look at some of the features and benefits of being a member.
First of all, Kansas City Credit Union is not-for-profit. Credit unions, unlike banks, don’t need to make a profit, which means we pass our savings on to you through lower rates/fees for loans and possibly higher returns on interest bearing accounts. Credit unions also differ in that those who join become voting members/owners.
Another benefit of being a member at Kansas City Credit Union — we belong to a CO-OP Shared Branch and ATM network. There are 100 KC Metro shared branches and surcharge-free ATM locations, plus over 5,600 shared branches and 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. For convenient access to this nationwide network, no annual fee debit and credit cards are also available.
Because we are not-for-profit, we can keep all our loan rates low — including auto, home, RV and motorcycle loans. Along with these low rates, we also offer access to free services, including no minimum balance checking, 24/7 online banking, online bill pay and e-statements.
