Kansas City Credit Union will soon require Members to switch to a username login vs. the current account number login for access to all online and mobile banking on It’s Me 247. This is intended to increase account security by keeping the account number more private. Please read the instructions below for how to set up your new username.

To set up a new username

Go to ‘Personal Info & Settings’ on mobile or online banking, click on ‘Change Username,’ enter the new username, and click on ‘Change Username’ button. See example screenshots below.

Note: Members who already have a username won’t need to do anything.

Rules for usernames

Usernames can contain all letters, or a combination of letters and numbers. They can contain spaces, but not special characters. They are not case-sensitive. Usernames cannot contain the account number, nor the member’s first or last name. Usernames can be a maximum of twenty characters.
