How to Enter: To enter the Sweeps, during the Promo Period, visit the Sweeps website at www.mastercard.com/baseballsweeps and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, which includes selecting your: 1) Favorite MLB team; 2) First Name; 3) Last Name; 4) Street Address; 5) City; 6) State; 7) Zip Code; 8) Phone Number; 9) Email Address; 10) Name of the bank/financial institution that issued your Mastercard prior to the start date of the Promo Period; and 11) the first six (6) digits of your Mastercard Card number. Entrant must complete and submit the entry form with all required information for the entry to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry, per entrant, per Entry Period, per email address, for the duration of the Promo Period for a maximum of twenty-six (26) entries per entrant. If an entrant submits more than one (1) entry per Entry Period, all entries received after the first entry for that given week will be void.
