City Hall Branch Leader
Hello, I am the Branch Leader at the Downtown City Hall location. My job is to increase revenue in the Downtown office by opening new accounts and loans. I also have a responsibility to run and maintain the office, resolving member’s questions and issues, and to see that the member’s walk out satisfied with the service and products that they received.
I first started working for KCCU February 2001 as a Member Service Representative when KCCU was on the 9th floor in City Hall. Upon changes, I was promoted to the Branch Manager/Loan Officer position for the City Hall location. I left KCCU in April 2009 for a Financial Service Rep position at United Consumers Credit Union, and was promoted their as the Financial Service Underwriter in 2013. I have now been rehired back into KCCU December 2017.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from National American University attending the Independence, MO Location. I also received my Associate of Applied Science in Applied Management while working on my Bachelor.
My current residence is in Grain Valley, MO where I live with my loving wife Suzanne for 7 years, and my 3 year old little boy Kaiden. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, working out and watching football and KU college basketball.
